Abstract: Synthesis of β'Sialon powder by carbon thermal reduction of clay with carbon and nitrogen It shows that the key factor of influence on synthesis is reaction temperature additives, nitrogen flow, holding time Synthesis powder is measured by XRD and nitrogen content • Provide the optimal condition for the synthesis process of β'-Salon powder, reaction temperature 1450°C, additives (Si: NA) 5%, nitrogen flow 1.
