The Application of Artifical Neural Network to Designing Ceramic Materials

Abstract: The characteristics and models of the Artificial Neural Network（ANN） are primarily introduced in the paper．The application of the Artificial Neural Network to the identification and prediction of the mechanical properties of ceramic materials as well as the optimization of the fabrication technology are also surveyed．The problems are pointed out in the application of ANN．
