Study on the Ceramics Humidity Sensor for High Temperature

Abstract: The process and properties of modified hydroxyapatite powders composed by means of wet chemical method for high temperature are discussed in the paper. Properties of the humidity sensor, which was made of the modified hydroxyapatite powders by screen printing are also studied. The humidity - resistance curves are first derived at high temperature (150℃). The effects of process parameters on the humidity sensor property are analysed on the basis of the results measured.
