Electrical Properties and Defect Structure of ZrO2

Abstract: Using defect chemical theory, the defect structure and electrical properties of pure ZrO2 were discussed, the influence of stabilized addition on the electrical properties of ZrO2 was also discussed .Then some properties of ZrO2 conduct ceramic were interpreated .
