The Property and Preparation Technology of Degradable Eco-Friendly Porcelain

Abstract:The composition, phase, firing temperature and physical properties of the samples were tested by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDXRF), high temperature thermal dilatometer, X-Ray diffractometer (XRD) and so on.The technical features and material compositions of the degradable eco-friendly porcelain were preliminarily proved.The effects of the raw material formula on the degradable property of the samples were studied.The results show that the amount of the limestone significantly influences the properties of the degradable environmentally -friendly porcelain.The sample with 15.0 wt% limestone sintered at 1060℃ for 160min has the best degradable property.
