Orthogonal Design for 95% Alumina Cas Ceramics

Abstract:Effects of different additives and their amounts on the performance of 95% Al2O3 ceramics were studied by orthogonal experiments, in which CaCO3, MgCO3, BaCO3 ZrO2 were used as chemical additives. The primary and secondary influencing factors and their effects on the properties of this ceramics were obtained. The sample formula obtained by orthogonal design experiments exhibits optimal properties: ε>9.60,tgδ<2.1×10-4,ρ>3.62g/cm3 and Ej>25KV/mm.
