Abstract:N-Ti-ZSM-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by the static hydrothermal crystallization method, using sodium azide as nitrogen source, silica sol as silicon source and titanium tetrabutyl as titanate source in accordance with molar ratio of 2.5N ∶65Ti ∶100SiO2 ∶12Na2O ∶2Al2O3 ∶2500H2O, and then zeolite samples were characterized by XRD and TEM.The photocatalytic properties of synthesized zeolite were studied, and the effects of the nitrogen-containing catalyst, the catalyst dosage, the pH, and light and other factors on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated.Treatment of 10mg/L methylene blue under visible light and after 20 min photocatalysis have achieved good results with the decolorization rate and the degradation rate reaching 75.84% and 76.68% respectively.
