Abstract: In this paper, it has been emphatically described how to prepare the low sintering temperature anorthite substrate ( 1200 ℃)with pyrophyllite, calcium carbonate and suitable aluminum by adding to additive .Under contented the used intensity, the anorthite ceramic substrate which prepared with pyrophyllite at low -sintering temperature has small dielectric constant, good dielectric property which compared with common aluminum substrate, the anorthite ceramic substrate has light bulk density, which is advantage to reduce the weight of the electric equipment, especially, it has low -sintering temperautre, which is very benefit to take high electric conductivity materials, such as copper, silver, gold, moreover, the raw materials price is low, which has good economic benefit .In the paper, is has been too probed into the effects of particle size of CaCO3 and content of Al2O3 on the substrate .
