Abstract: In this paper, the effect of the mould pressure on the properties of PTCR was studied . The results indicate that the mouldpressure has significant influence on the major properties of PTCR. With the increase of pressure the room temperature resistivity follows on cap - type change , and the R - t Cofficient and the breakdown voltage decrease accordingly . The relationship between the sinter shrinkage and the mould pressure was established by regression analysis.
