Abstract: In order to enhance using coefficient of heavy oil-fired ceramic kiln and make it give out potentiala operation optimum and intelligent decision support system had been developed base on synthetical modeling of artificial intelligence and analytic method. The system had been successfully used in the heavy oil-fired ceramic kiln. The factual result reveals that the out put of heavy oil-fired ceramic kiln in a year had been enhanced 6.0%endpoint prediction of IDSS is accurate and the gross of heavy oil in a year had been reduced remarkably and so on. A new idea had been provided for realization of on-line realtime control of heavy oil-fired ceramic kiln.
