Preparation of TiO2 Nanocrystalline Powders by Heating of Alcohol－Aqueous Salt Solutions

Abstract: TiO₂ nanocrystalline powders were prepared by heating of alcohol－aqueous salt solutionsusing inorganic salt TiCl₄ as precursors. The characteristics of the powders were investigation by DTA and XRD.
