Abstract: Honeycomb ceramics used as catalys carrier for purifying exhaust gases of the automobiles necessitate high themal shock resistance quality and special low cofficient of themal expansion. In this paper, afer the analysing of the average - cofficient of themal expansion and micro - cofficient of themmal expansion of cordierite ceramics , the thermal dilative characteristic of cordierite honeycomb was studied .
