Abstract: Ulra - fltrated A1₂O₃ flm is prepared by sol - gel process with the aid of alumina isopropyl alcoholate in this study . It also studies the main factors affecting its preparing process including the types and quantities of used peptizers , hydrolytic temperature , amount of added walter, ageing temperature , sintering temperature and so on. The result show that the pore size of obtained ultra - filtrated A1₂O₃ , film sintered at 500℃ is smaller than 5nm and pore size distributions is well - distributed.
