Abstract: The concept of “meta batch” is proposed according to the batching calculation based on raw materials .The feasibility is pointed out in the aspects of body and glaze batching calculation, batching preparation as well as the establishment of mathematics modeling with prediction property .The proposal and application of meta batch concept will simplify the above working procedures and make it fast and effective .Thus it becomes more easy to carry out stylized computer calculation,which is a useful tool for ceramic technicians .Moreover, it will also simplify production organization, improve the management standard and push forward the forming of Chinese ceramic raw materials processing as well as the realization of body materials commoditization.
