Abstract: Polymer-inorganic layered oxide nanocomposite is a new kind of composite material‚which has superior electrical‚electrochemical and optical properties‚and is in the frontier of material science.Based on MoO3 and V2O5‚the preparation methods of polymer-inorganic layered oxide nanocomposites are reviewed in this paper. The structure is analyzed‚the research results show that this nanocomposite is still a layered structure and the repeated distance increases. The properties and their main application prospects in electrochromic materials and cathode materials are analyzed. The forward problems in this research field are introduced. The developing prospects of this nanocomposite infuture are also prospected.

Keywords: polymer‚layered inorganic oxide‚nanocomposites
