the Conduct of Grain Boundary in ZnO Varistor

Abstract：The non－linear‚electric‚aging and chemical performance of ZnO varistor were closely related with its structure‚composi- tion‚properties and the boundary between phases at grain boundary．The conduct of grain boundary and the influence factors of process to grain boundary were discussed．The mechaism of grain boundary about ZnO varsitor conductivity and aging were ana- lyzed．Many studies showed that most of properties of ZnO varsitor were the phenomena of grain boundary．
