Abstract:The effects of synthetic temperature and firing technique on the structure and piezoelectric properties of Na0.5Bi0 .5TiO3 system piezoceramics was studied by XRD, SEM and other analytic method .It shows that increasing synthetic temperature is useful for the crystalline formation and proper prologing soaking time is useful for the piezoelectric properties .With increasing the amount of KBT in this system, the higher is the sintering temperature, the narrower is the sintering temperature range. From the effects of poling technique on the piezoelectric properties in the system, it shows that higher poling electric field and poling temperature are helpful to improve the piezoelectric properties, but too high poling temperature will make the properties become bad because of the depolarization at the high temperature .
