Preliminary Exploration on Calibration for Dynamic Response of Humidity Sensor

Abstract:The paper mainly introduces the basic principle for calibration of dynamic response from humidity sensor, and the design of the apparatus for the calibration. Finally, it brings forward the problem which should be paid attention to in the process of the calibration.
