Calibration of Dew Point Hygrometer and Micromoisture Meter in Ultra-Low Humidity Range

Abstract: The calibration of dew point hygrometer and micro-moisture meter in ultra-low humidity range was done by using precision dew point hygrometer and low range humidity generator. The analysis and evaluation of the accuracy of the dew point reference values in ultra-low range were carried out.
