Abstract: Nano - scale compos ite ceramic coating on Q235 was fabricated by thermochemical reaction method, and thens tructural analys is and performance test were conducted of the coating.The results showed that the solidified coating could achieve a new ceramic phase at the temperature of 600℃;the ceramic coating was dense and the high bonding strength was obtained; the coating could enhance the corros ion res is tance and wear res is tance of the matrix.
