Abstract: New piezoelectric ceramics and devices were widely applied due to the development of modern science and technology. In this paper, the s tructures and properties of perovskite, tungs ten bronze, bismuth layer s tructured, piezoelectric monocrys tal types piezoelectric ceramics were reviewed. The research development of four different s tructure types high Curie temperature piezoelectric ceramics was also reviewed. The research direction of high Curie piezoelectric ceramic was pointed out.
