Abstract: Ceramic Kiln is primary equipment with big investment and big energy consumption. The performance of the kiln not only decides the energy consumption, but also directly affects the corporate profitability. By investigations and thermal balance tests on the spot, the relationship between the kiln refractory materials and the energy consumption of the products was explored and the firsthand information for the energy saving of ceramic kilns was provided.
