Abstract: PZT- based piezoelectric fibers were fabricated by viscous polymer processing (VPP). The effects of milling time, composition of slurry and sintering condition on the preparation of the fibers were studied systematically. The best milling time of powder, composition of slurry and sintering temperature and time were determined. And PZT- based piezoelectric fibers with high plasticity and high strength were acquired.
