Abstract: Multi-objectives decision making situations ceramic enterprises face in their production and management were first explored and AHP was recommended and described for their settlement. Then an example of introducing AHP in choosing the right coal-generated gas for ceramic kiln was given, and its effect on decision making was also evaluated. This process provides more options for quantitative decision in ceramic industrial management and enhances the scientific level of decision making. It is also some help to the effectuation of such objectives as technical progress , high quality production,high yield, energy conservation, emission reduction, and working condition improvement.
