Abstract: In this paper, orthogonal experiments were conducted with materials re-mixed after grinding. A kind of blended cement was prepared with waste gypsum, copper tailings, coagulated sludge and fly ash. The influence of different mixed proportions on the physical properties of the cement was studied. The results showed that, the blended cement, prepared with 14.05% fly ash, 2.24% waste gypsum, 22.47% coagulated sludge, 11.24% copper mine tailings and 50% of ordinary cement, has the bending strength of 28.30MPa and the compressive strength of 50.21MP after 28 days of storage. Using industrial waste for the production of composite cement can reduce cost while solving the storage problem of waste material, and is important for the environment protection.
