Abstract: The effects of preparation processing on microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15]O3+δ (CLNZ) ceramics were investigated. The results of research show that the calcining temperature significantly influences the grain and porosity. With the increasing of calcining temperature, the porosity decreased until 900℃ . Higher calcining temperature would cause the porosity to increase again. When sintered at 1150℃ for 4h, the optimum microwave dielectric properties: εr =31.6, Qf=13100GHz and τf =-9.4ppm/℃ were obtained.
