Abstract: This study took 2080-ton automatic hydraulic tile press as the research object, completed the finite element static analysis of its beam and base, established their three-dimensional models by CAD software Pro/ENGINEER, analyzed their stress and transfiguration with CAE software ANSYS, obtained the distribution of their stress and strain, and found their maximum values and locations. The result can provide reference for the design and optimization of the same hydraulic press model.
