Abstract: Low-temperature sintering of barium titanate ceramic is to meet the need of development of multiplayer ceramic chip capacitors and low temperature co-fired ceramic, and can reduce the energy consumption. This paper reviewed the research progress in low temperature sintering of barium titanate ceramic, including various sintering methods, mechanism and research. The mechanism of sintering aids was mainly introduced. At last, the development and research status of low-temperature sintering of barium titanate ceramic are forecasted.
