Abstract: Sintering and dielectric properties of Al2O3 doped glass-ceramics were discussed. It is found that sintering process of glass -ceramics was promoted by using Al2O3 additives. With the increasing content of Al2O3 glass, the glass softening temperature, the onset crystallization temperature and the peak crystallization temperature were increased, the crystallization exothermic peak areas were reduced and the crystallization ability was gradually weakened. When added 5wt% Al2O3 and sintered at 875℃, the glass ceramics can be used as promising LTCC materials with εr of 8.1 and tanδ less than 0.0031.
