Abstract:LSM slurry was prepared under ultrasonic irradiation, using terpineol as a solvent and triolein as a dispersant. The LSM coating was obtained by spraying the slurry on SUS430 alloy surface and sintering it in N2 atmosphere. The SEM morphology of the cross section of LSM coating was observed and the results showed that the coating was dense and well bonded with the matrix with the average thickness of about 15μm. The weight gain of the LSM coating after the oxidation at 800℃ in air for 160h was measured. The results showed that both the addition of triolein and the treatment of ultrasonic irradiation improved the dispersion performance of LSM slurry, but the volatilization of triolein in the sintering process negatively affected the oxidation resistance of the LSM coating.
