Abstract: All-ceramic solar collector is easier to crack, which affects its normal function severely, because it is under high-speed thermal change load in use. The three-dimensional model was built in UG software in the proportion of 1:1, and then imported to the ANSYS software. The ANSYS software analyzes the model of all-ceramic solar collector in finite element thermodynamic analysis and finds the cracked mechanical reasons.
