Thermal Balance Test and Analysis of Sanitary Ware Roller Kiln

Abstract: To improve the thermal performance of the roller kiln in a sanitary ware factory, thermal balance test and analysis of a roller kiln was carried out to solve the problems of lower production and thermal efficiency. Results show that the thermal efficiency of the roller kiln is 65.4%, which is relatively lower. It is necessary to be improved by some effective measures, such as sensible combustion organization, reducing the amount of the pumped flue gas, optimizing the way of flue gas exhausting, and using thinner supporting plate.
