Abstract: Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was prepared by using the Hummer´s method and was coated on silver nanowires (AgNWs). Then, transparent conductive films were formed on PET/glass substrates by using spin coating method. Phase composition and structure of the films were examined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), indicating that the rGO had a high degree of crystallization. The presence of rGO on the surface of AgNWs was confirmed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), revealing that small rGO pieces were well attached onto the surface of the AgNWs. At the same time, the defect characteristic was analyzed by using Raman spectroscopy. Transmittance of the films was measured by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer, with an optimal transmittance of 89% at 550 nm. In addition, the AgNWs-rGO also showed excellent mechanical stability, with the square resistance to be increased by just 13.97 Ω/ after bending for 200 times.
