Abstract: Gear-likeSBA-15 particles were synthesized in aqueous acid conditions using amphiphilictriblock copolymer Pluronic P123 as the template and tetraethoxysilane TEOS as the silica source, and the hydrothermal temperature was controlled to expand the pore-diameter. With the hydrothermal temperature increased from 100 ℃ to 160 ℃, the pore-diameter was expanded from 5.95 nm to 9.22 nm. The synthesized SBA-15 particles were applied to immobilizeglucose oxidase, and the effects of the system pH valueand the pore-diameter on immobilization capacity were investigated. When the pH value was 4, the carrier material and the glucose oxidase enzyme were heterogeneous charged, the enzyme immobilization capacity was larger; the pore-diameter wasanother key factor of the enzyme immobilization capacity, and the maximum amount of enzyme load reached 128 mg/g with the pore-diameter of 8.77 nm.
