Abstract: In recent years, many countries have launched anti-dumping investigations against China's ceramic products, with an intent to impose added duties on large amounts of imports, which has seriously affected China's ceramic enterprises and the healthy development of China's daily-use ceramic industry. This paper analyses the status quo of Jingdezhen ceramic enterprise management, and then SWOT analysis is carried out. Finally, suggestions for improving the management of Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises under new circumstances are put forward.
