Abstract: CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized by using a one-step method. The effects of reaction temperature, content of oleic acid (OA) and oleylamine (OLA) on phase composition, morphology and optical properties of the NCs were systematically studied, by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Vis spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer. It was observed that emission intensity of the CsPbBr3 NCs was increased with increasing reaction temperature, with the strongest emission intensity present in the sample reacted at 120 ℃. Meanwhile, as the crystal size was increased from 22 nm to 25 nm, a red-shift of emission spectra was observed from 518.4 nm to 527.4 nm. Moreover, the amount of OA and OLA also had influence on fluorescence properties of the CsPbBr3 NCs, with optimal contents of OLA and OA to be 10%, in terms of fluorescence properties.
