Abstract: The test methods of UV-Vis spectrophotometer for solid materials were introduced. The application scope, influencing factors and precautions for practical operation were elaborated. Combined with the Lambda 850 UV-Vis spectrophotometer and Φ150 mm integrating sphere, the principle of integrating sphere technology and its application in various fields were introduced. It is hoped that the results can provide a reference for its use in relevant areas.
