Abstract: The complex system is one of the most important concerns for scientific research in the future. Application of the reductionismbased paradigm to complex system research has slipped into a dire strait. Boundaries are set to thinking by traditional scientific research and innovative methods with their limitations of experience and knowledge. A scientific paradigm is proposed after reflecting on those traditional,and cases are given to show its application.
