Abstract: The layered composite, which is a kind of flexible composite material, prepared with barium strontium titanate (BST) ultrathin slices as the matrix and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer as the additive, exhibited good dielectricity and flexibility. With the increasing of the thickness of BST, the composites’ resistance to bend and dielectricity are increasing and their dielectric loss is decreasing with the ratio of PVDF solution at 1:8. The dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of the composites prepared from BST layer with different thickness both showed the same regularity.
