Abstract: This paper introduced the concept of modular modeling. Combined with the characteristics of the ceramic paste, the screw’s basic parameters of twin-screw extruder for ceramic paste were determined, and the three-dimensional geometric model of twin screw extruder which was used to squeeze ceramic paste was constructed by SolidWorks software. According to the process of product modular modeling,the screw’s geometry and the structure parameters of the screw extruder were analyzed. The predictive analysis modular modeling would improve product design quality and efficiency for enterprises.
